基于SolidWorks和ANSYS的液压支架顶梁疲劳可靠性分析

Analysis of the beam fatigue reliability of hydraulic support based on ANSYS and SolidWorks

摘要: 为保证井下开采作业可以安全高效进行,时刻掌握液压支架的可靠性情况,使液压支架可靠性维持在一个较高的水平,利用正交试验分析了液压支架关键部件顶梁在外载位置不同的情况下的最大应力,并应用Solidworks和ANSYS进行仿真建模分析。研究表明:液压支架顶梁危险截面主要位于柱窝附近箱型结构上,其可靠性模型可由应力-强度干涉模型衍生。可靠度随着载荷循环次数的增加而降低,当载荷循环次数增加到一定值时,顶梁材料达到疲劳极限,发生失效。

Abstract: In order to ensure the underground mining operation can be carried highly,effectively, and safely, always grasp the reliability of hydraulic support, and make the reliability of hydraulic support maintained at a higher level, through the orthogonal test analysis the stress of the key components of hydraulic support under the situation that load at different positions. Research shows that: hydraulic support beams of dangerous section mainly located in the column near the box type structure on the nest, the reliability model can be derived by stress strength interference model . With the increase of load cycles, the reliable degree decreased, when the load cycles increases to a certain value, the material of the top beam to the fatigue limit and failure.
